2. Donations
All donations made to Walk for Dignity / Panah Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support worker awareness activities, community outreach, awareness camps, worker support services, travel and logistics, volunteer coordination, technology and operations, documentation and storytelling, administrative and legal compliance, and other social impact activities related to the initiative.
Donations are generally considered non-refundable.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate transactions
- Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
- Unauthorized payment verified by the payment gateway
- Failed transactions where payment was deducted but donation was not successfully processed
The organization reserves the right to review and approve refund requests at its sole discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be provided for:
- Voluntary donations made intentionally
- Change of mind after donation
- Completed campaign contributions
- Delays caused by banks or payment gateways
- Contributions already utilized for organizational activities
- Event participation or voluntary support activities
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must contact the organization through email with the following details:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Transaction ID
- Date of Transaction
- Donation Amount
- Reason for Refund Request

6. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of transaction. Requests received beyond this timeline may not be considered.
7. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds may take approximately 7–15 working days depending on banking procedures, payment gateway processing, and financial institution timelines.
Refunds will generally be processed through the original mode of payment.
8. Payment Gateway Responsibility
Payments made through third-party payment gateways are also subject to the terms and policies of respective payment providers. Walk for Dignity / Panah Foundation shall not be responsible for payment gateway failures, banking delays, or transaction interruptions outside organizational control.
9. Modification of Policy
The organization reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or donation platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
